KSTP Overall Club Champions!
The 2019 State Levels Championships was held on the 17th & 18th August, an event that our young athletes in levels 1 to 6 have worked hard toward all year. The event was held over two very long days, but the long days didn’t stop the athletes, Team KSTP were impressive!
Leading up to the Championships our athletes went through a series of competitions to qualify for the event. Starting with our own club competition, regional competition and then the State trial. This process ensures our athletes know what they need to do to shine on the floor, and that they did!
Points are awarded to each athlete on a placing, at the end of the competition they are tallied up with an overall club champion. From the combined outstanding performance of our athletes KSTP WERE AWARDED THE OVERALL CLUB CHAMPIONS for the fifth year!
As a club we won 13 gold medals, 15 silver medals and 7 bronze medals, a huge effort across all disciplines. Special mention to our State Levels Champions for 2019:
