OVERALL CHAMPION CLUB 8 YEARS IN A ROW!
On the 24th of August, we took a team of almost 60 athletes from levels 1-6 to the Intermediate State Levels Championships. There were loads of medals, personal best achievements and heaps of smiles.
At the end of the day it was KSTP who were the overall winners, speaking volumes to the amazing individual efforts of all our team!
This event was the culmination of around 5 months hard work and commitment and we could not be more proud of everyone involved. They first started their comp season at our Club Competition in May before competing at a Regional Qualifier in June. From there, they had to compete at a State Metro Trial before being eligible to compete at State Championships.
The improvement in these athletes from their first comp of the year till now is super impressive, plus they have all built more confidence within themselves through competing along the way.
A huge thank you to our coaches and officials for your ongoing dedication to our competitive body. Planning starts early in the year for our squads and it’s our coaches who put the work in from week to week to ensure our athletes do their very best at each comp. Job well done team!
Thank you must also go to our parents and families for all you do in getting your kids to training and supporting them through the comp season. We would not have the successes we do without your commitment.

Collectively at State Championships, our athletes achieved 7 first place, 6 2nd place and 6 3rd place finishes. We also had a further 13 podium finishes. Amazing results for our young team.
